1. Purpose
The single-phase electronic energy meter series is produced according to the GB/T17215.321-2008 standard and is used to measure single-phase AC active energy with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 220V. This product uses specialized large-scale integrated circuits and SMT technology for measuring electrical energy to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability. To prevent data loss after power outages, a distributed motor meter is used.

3.2 Start up
Under the conditions of reference voltage, reference frequency, and COS Φ=1.0, the energy meter can still operate normally when the load current is 0.04 Ib (primary meter) or 0.005 Ib (secondary meter).
3.3 Submersion
3.4 Power consumption
4. Main structure and working principle
The electricity consumed by the user is sampled from the signals on the voltage divider and splitter, and sent to the amplification and multiplier circuit. The product signal is integrated and V/F converted, and then output through the logic frequency division circuit to drive the frequency input meter or LED display to measure the electricity.
5. Choose
Users should choose the above specifications reasonably based on the maximum actual power consumption in order to correctly record electricity consumption. Choosing specifications that are too large or too small can cause inaccurate measurement or overheating and burning.
6. Installation and wiring
6.1 The electric energy meter can be installed and used after passing the inspection and being sealed with a lead seal before leaving the factory.
6.3 The electric energy meter should be wired according to the wiring diagram on the terminal cover. Copper wires and copper connectors should be used to introduce the 1.3.4.6 terminals. The 2 (+) and 5 (-) terminals are pulse output terminals for error detection or as pulse signal interfaces.

7. Transportation and Storage
7.1 The transportation and unpacking of the electric energy meter should not be subjected to severe impact. It should be transported and stored according to the provisions of GB/T 13384-2008 "General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Mechanical and Electrical Products", and placed according to the requirement of "upward" packaging box.
7.2 The energy meter should be stored in its original packaging in an environment with a temperature range of 0-40 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and no corrosive gases in the air.

9. Guarantee period
Within 12 months from the date of manufacture, if there are any quality issues with the electric energy meter that do not meet national standards and the seal is intact, our factory will provide free repair or replacement.
